In 2017, AMS enhanced our corporate service structure. We formed a new business unit to facilitate HVAC/R, Plumbing Services, Systems Integration, and Owner-centric construction services. This strategic shift in 2017 empowered us to provide comprehensive solutions, from design to maintenance, benefiting clients significantly. The Client Services Group combines service and small construction projects into one agile team, departing from the traditional model. This structure offers a single point of contact for HVAC/Plumbing Service and Maintenance. It streamlines retrofit and small construction projects with multiple MEP+™ disciplines. Our holistic approach ensures efficient project management and maximizes value throughout the entire project lifecycle, exceeding client expectations.
