Tom Felton – Chairman of the Board

Tom worked over 30 years for McCarthy Building Companies based in St Louis, MO. Starting as a field engineer in 1986 and working his way up through the company on projects across the United States and eventually serving as President of MC Industrial, an Independent McCarthy Company serving the heavy industrial market and serving on the Board of Directors of McCarthy. Additionally, Tom served as President and Board of Directors for TAUC, The Association of Union Constructors in Washington DC, the premier national trade association for contractors in the union construction and maintenance industry. Tom was a Board of Director for Sachs Electric, a national electrical contractor based in St Louis, from 2017 to 2020. Tom also served as a Governing Board of Directors from 2011-2019 for Make A Wish of Missouri and Kansas.

Ben Campbell, P.E.

Ben Campbell has been serving as the President of AMS Industries, Inc. and PMT Nuclear since 2017. He has played a critical role in transforming the companies from family-owned to 100% employee-owned and continues to promote their growth while ensuring the interests of all employees. In addition to his role as the President of AMS Industries, Inc., he is also the Treasurer for the Mechanical Contractors Association of Chicago and a board member of the A Giving Heart Foundation. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois.

John F. Berzanskis

John F. Berzanskis, Jr served as the President of AMS Industries, Inc. from 1978 until 2017. In 1982 he purchased the company from his family, known as Antarctic Refrigeration Inc. whose primary market was Industrial Refrigeration serving the food, cold storage, and dairy industry. John began his career as a service technician and throughout his tenure served in various capacities from estimating to project management and ultimately provided the leadership and vision for the company until 2017. Under his role as President John put together a strong leadership team creating one of the most diverse and multi discipline mechanical contracting firms in the Chicagoland area. In 2017 John transitioned the company from a privately held company to an ESOP and served in the capacity of the Chairman or the Board until 2023. In addition John served on the Board of MCA as a trustee and a director for over 20 years and maintained a seat on the JAB Joint apprentice committee. John remains as a director for the AMS Industries Board at this time.

Patrick Kriegshauser, CPA, MBA

Patrick A. Kriegshauser has been Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of ArchKey Holdings Inc. since July 2017, a leading specialty electrical, technologies and design firm. From 2000 to 2017, Mr. Kriegshauser served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and principal owner of Sachs Electric Company. During 1985 to 2000, Pat served in various executive capacities for Arch Resources, Inc., last serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1996 through 2000. Pat started his career in 1981 with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Pat is currently a Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Arch Resources, Inc. and ERMCO.  In addition, Pat is a board member of ArchKey Holdings Inc. Pat was a Board of Director for Walter Energy from 2006 to 2016, serving on various committees including Chairman of the Audit, Finance and Environmental, Health and Safety.  Pat is a certified public accountant and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from University of Central Missouri and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southern Illinois University.
