Industrial Prefabrication

To support the growing Northwest Indiana and Joliet industrial corridors, AMS operates a 60,000-square-foot climate-controlled fabrication facility in East Chicago, IN, along with additional buildings for storage, material laydown, preparation, and coating applications. Our corporate facilities in Woodridge, IL round this out with industrial prefabrication, commercial piping, plumbing, and sheet metal fabrication capabilities. Together, these locations provide more than 160,000 square feet of dedicated fabrication space. All operations run under the U.A. National Pipe Fabrication Agreement using blended crews to improve cost efficiency and keep projects on schedule.

Documented, Traceable, Verified

Commitment to Quality & Precision

AMS maintains full-time, in-house QA/QC management to ensure consistency and quality across every project. Our team provides comprehensive document control, including welder testing and certification, material test reports, procurement documentation, and weld map traceability for real-time tracking. We follow established welding standards and processes such as SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, and GTAW, along with any client-specific requirements. In addition, we offer in-house engineering, piping design, project scheduling, and detailed isometric and spool drawing verification, ensuring accuracy and reliability from planning through fabrication.

From Concept To Commissioning

One Team Across Every Phase Of The Project

We self perform the full lifecycle of the project. No handoffs between separate firms, no gaps in accountability. One specialized group owns the work from the first drawing to the day your team takes the keys.

PHASE 01

Total Development

Strategic planning for project scope and layout, built around how the work actually needs to come together.

PHASE 02

Engineering & Design

Mechanical engineers and CAD designers produce complete, code ready designs tailored to each project.

PHASE 03

Installation

Field supervision and skilled trades fabricate and install the system, backed by our own fabrication facility.

PHASE 04

System Control

Integrated controls tune the process and operational interface for stable, repeatable performance.

PHASE 05

Commissioning & Training

We verify every setpoint, then train your operators so the facility runs safely long after we leave.
