Security Client Manager

Located in our beautiful Woodridge, IL facility and reporting to the Vice President of Client Services, the Security Client Manager will identify and acquire new customers to secure profitable security solutions and systems service agreements. You will excel at building and maintaining positive relationships with customers from first contact to closing the deal.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell security solutions and systems service specific to access control, surveillance, intrusion and rapid alert systems.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their security needs and challenges.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and attending client facing industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.
  • Work in unison with the Security General Foreman on design and implementing new projects.
  • Create detailed proposals and estimates of work.
  • Attend job site walk throughs as needed.
  • Stay informed with the latest security technologies and solutions.
  • Assist with conducting market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide support to assigned Security Specialists.

Qualifications:

    • Collee degree or equivalent work experience.
    • At least 10 years’ experience in the security industry.
    • Have a PERC certification or willing to get one within a month of hire.
    • Familiarity with Surveillance, Intrusion, Access Control systems.
    • Experience estimating and selling low voltage installations, and security/surveillance fields.
    • Strong electrical background and knowledge of local codes.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients, technical teams, and international stakeholders effectively.

Compensation:

    • $85,000 – $120,000 annually
