AMS recognized a gap in our service offering and within the industry in general so in 2015 we began developing a strategy to fill this gap. Based on conversations with many of our clients we formulated a proof-of-concept plan and collaborated with strategic clients to execute specific projects. We continued to fine tune our strategy and processes based on client feedback and project specific experiences until we were confident we had a strategy that would fill this gap and fit the overall needs of our clients.
In 2017, AMS formally enhanced our corporate structure to form a new business unit known as the Client Services Group. This group takes our traditional service offerings and construction capabilities and combines them into one team with a primary focus on providing owner/end user centric project services. This structure allows a single point of contact to manage not only our clients traditional service needs but provides a seamless process to effectively and efficiently manage their retrofit and construction projects. Whether large or small, single trade or full turnkey, our team of professionals can deliver the right solution to fit our clients specific needs.
Our Client Services Group has a dedicated leadership and support team to provide collaborative and streamlined solutions simplifying the cumbersome process of multi-trade project requirements where attention to detail, time and cost are a priority.
This team consists of Executives, Managers, Professional Engineers, Designers, Estimators, Project Managers, Procurement Coordinators, Service Coordinators, a variety of administrative support staff members along with dedicated field leadership.
The Client Services team is further enhanced by an alliance that has been formed with other like-minded third party industry professionals including but not limited to test/balance, commissioning, carpentry, decorating, flooring, concrete, excavating along with a variety of manufacturers and suppliers, so that we can deliver a true turnkey solution to our clients when required.
As an internal partner to the corporate structure of AMS Industries, Inc. this group offers agile project execution with the workforce, fabrication, tooling, safety, and QA/QC resources of a large full-service MEP+™ construction contractor.
