Prefabrication Services

In spring of 2017, AMS completed and moved into our new 145,000 ft headquarters located in Woodridge, IL. The motivation behind this significant move was to leverage all aspects of construction and processing technology while streamlining our workflow process. Our state-of-the-art fabrication facility, office space, and prefabrication services enable us to implement best practices efficiently and effectively, better serve our industry and our clients, and continually improve upon the means and methods of our construction process.

Quality and Accreditation Overview

Our corporate headquarters is comprised of 45,000 ft Class A office space, allowing for the systematizing of activities with all aspects of our business operations including project management, design, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance. The new 100,000 ft area of conditioned manufacturing space was designed to accommodate our fabrication needs, including: plumbing, piping, sheet metal, as well as specialty custom and skid fabrication. This combined with our 60,000 ft of industrial fabrication in East Chicago, Indiana, provides ample facilities and flexibility to meet current and future fabrication demands. Each facility works under the United Association (UA) National Pipe Fabrication Agreement and fully utilizes composite crews bringing significant cost reductions, in addition to providing a safe and congestion free work environment.
