Commencing in spring of 2021 with a completion date of May 2022 AMS partnered with A global confectionary located near O’Hare Airport on a Ground up fabrication of a new 2500 Ton chiller plant including 5 new air-cooled chillers, all associated mechanical, electrical, structural, and concrete work. The chillers serve 13 new custom air handling units serving various production areas throughout the plant. All new equipment is fed from our newly installed electrical substation.

By way of strategic planning, AMS worked with facility managers, and international business partners to successfully coordinate uninterrupted operation for the 24/7 facility which included significant scope involving the interior, and exterior of the building. Throughout the project, all significant milestones were achieved. As a company, we’re grateful to have participated in this opportunity and look forward to our next venture with this client.
