Design Build of ammonia refrigeration system, steam system, high pressure hot water system and compressed air system to support dry sausage and salsa processing. 1700 ton ammonia system sized for an additional 1300 ton future load included (4) screw compressors, (4) evaporative condensers, (5) critical process air units, (6) ammonia penthouses, (1) 144” recirculator, (1) glycol chiller, (1) falling film water chillers, ammonia ping to (15) drying/fermenting houses and (4) contherm chillers.

Steam system included (2) 450HP steam generators and piping to (15) drying/fermenting houses, cart washers and cook kettles, high pressure hot water system include (2) 2-Million BTU hot water heaters, storage tank and (2) high pressure pumps to feed (29) hose stations. Compressed air system including (2) 125HP screw compressors (2) desiccant air driers, and receiver to feed (29) hose stations drying/fermenting houses and production/packaging equipment.
