As President of Construction, Eric brings more than 30 years of plumbing and mechanical construction experience, including his background as a member of Plumbers Local 501/130. Throughout his career, he has been involved in a wide range of projects, including retrofits, riser replacements, new construction, design-build, hospitality, food service, renovations, and service work.
In his current role, Eric provides leadership across construction operations, supporting project execution, field coordination, manpower, quality assurance, and scheduling. He specializes in hospitality design-build and plan-and-spec projects, where he applies his field experience, technical knowledge, and direct leadership approach to help teams deliver successful outcomes.
Eric is focused on aligning project teams with customer expectations, maintaining quality and accountability, and delivering systems that provide long-term value while staying on schedule and within budget.
