Strong governance is the foundation that makes everything else at AMS possible. Our structure is built for accountability and independence, anchored by a Board of Directors that holds an independent majority, including the Chairman. As an employee-owned company, we take transparency seriously, maintaining established ESOP transparency initiatives, a dedicated ESOP Committee, and regular engagement with independent third-party ESOP advisory and oversight firms. Through annual and long-term strategic planning and a disciplined set of guiding principles for how we grow, we hold ourselves to the same standards we'd expect of any partner we work with.
