Nashville Yards 34 and 35 story towers, The Everett & The Emory, are developing multi-family residential buildings. Consisting of more than 650 residences and slated to begin leasing this summer, the towers expect to be opened by November of 2024. These buildings are part of a broader initiative to expand residential accommodations and offer modern living spaces to its residents. At Nashville Yards, AMS’s scope consisted of the HVAC and controls. All equipment in the building is currently in place and the rough in work is nearing completion.
Crews have begun the process of startup on the VRF and split systems as well as trim work on the floors. Once complete, the buildings will offer a variety of luxury features including private on-site parking, a shared 3rd floor amenity deck with a pool, fitness center, game room, resident bar, and golf simulator. The towers will also have their own Sky Lounge that includes a rooftop dog park, additional co-working space, and a catering kitchen to host events.
