In spring 2017, AMS Industries, Inc. completed and moved into its new 145,000 square foot headquarters in Woodridge, Illinois. This strategic investment was driven by a commitment to advancing construction efficiency through innovative technology and streamlined processes. Our state of the art facility is designed to support industry leading prefabrication services, combining advanced fabrication capabilities with modern office space to optimize every stage of project delivery.

By integrating cutting edge construction methods with our comprehensive prefabrication services, AMS enhances productivity, improves quality, and delivers consistent results for clients. Our facility allows us to implement best practices with precision while continuously refining our construction processes to better serve our industry and partners.

Quality and Accreditation Overview

Our corporate headquarters includes 45,000 square feet of Class A office space, enabling seamless coordination across all business operations including project management, design, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance. Supporting this is 100,000 square feet of conditioned manufacturing space dedicated to high performance prefabrication services, including plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and specialty custom skid fabrication. In addition, our 60,000 square foot industrial fabrication facility in East Chicago, Indiana expands our prefabrication services capabilities, providing the capacity and flexibility to meet both current and future project demands. Each facility operates under the United Association National Pipe Fabrication Agreement and utilizes composite crews to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
